Faction

 

An idealogical skirmish had escalated into an all out civil war, leaving Washington D.C. in ruins.  Saving face and aiming to bury the the past, a dome was erected over the wreckage, and a new gleaming city was built above, but broken buildings and bad memories  are not all that was left below.  The disenfranchised and disavowed live in the dark, enemies of the state.

 

A Faction exists below, refugees forced together by circumstance, and united by a common goal: discover why they are held in secrecy, uncover who orchestrated the whitewash and the war, and defend those that remain in the "Undercity."
